Return Policy

TIMELINE POLICY

We have 48 hours return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return and exchange your order.

If you have received defected order or wrong size then only we will provide our return and exchange service.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and images showing the defects. After our inspection of product then only your return and exchange offer will be accepted.

The product/s would only be exchanged with another product/s with the same value that is money won’t be returned.

INELIGIBLE RETURN

We do not accept change in mind, color difference and size not fitting you (please check size chart carefully) as a reason. 

Returns & Exchanges

At Emkay, we believe your experience should be as effortless as our designs. If you receive a the wrong order (be it size, colour or article), we take full responsibility with our Doorstep Exchange. A rider will bring the correct piece directly to your home and collect the original, free of cost, so you never have to step out the door.

If an exchange is requested for other reasons, the delivery charges will be covered by the customer, and the new piece will be sent out once the original is received unworn and undamaged.
