Exchange Policy
At Emkay Wear, we offer exchanges and no returns. Eligible items may only be exchanged under the following conditions:
• Exchange requests must be made within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags, packaging, and all accessories intact.
• Products showing signs of use, washing, perfume, makeup, stains, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. The exchange will be offered within 7-10 days.
An uninterrupted parcel opening video (starting before the package is opened and showing all contents) is required for all such claims. Claims without an opening video cannot be processed.
If the claim is verified, Emkay Wear will replace the item free of charge.
• Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.
-As we work on smaller batches/limited sized stocks, we cannot exchange product(s) if ordered in wrong size. Therefore, we recommend you to check our size sheets and description thoroughly before placing the order.
• Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore product(s) cannot be exchanged for this reason.
-We do not entertain exchanges on the basis of ‘Change of mind’. Feel free to contact us on our Instagram DM for detail of your desired product before ordering.
